Call 1.866.234.PARK (1.866.234.7275). Provide the location number of the lot in which you are parked (displayed on the main sign for each parking lot) and confirm the charges when prompted

Please note that there is a $0.28 transaction fee when paying by phone.

The Parker Pete program provides free assistance to Metra customers experiencing car troubles in an Impark operated lot. Service items include –

Call 1.866.989.1199 to speak with a customer service representative. Inform them of your location and which of these problems you are experiencing. They will then dispatch an auto assistance professional to you. For services other than those above, such as towing, a 20% discount will be available to our Metra locations customers.
