In our quest to provide our parkers, with practical information about Imperial Parking and our parking systems, please find the following questions and answers as they pertain to our business.

As a business owner can I pay for my customers' parking?

Yes, we have easy to use validation systems for business owners whereby all or a portion of a customer's parking fee can be reimbursed or deducted from the customer's parking fee. These systems include easy to use pre-paid validation coupons or reimbursement programs. For further information regarding our validation programs please contact our office at (716) 852-2082.

Which lot is my monthly pass valid on?

Each monthly decal issued contains the number of the lot you select and may only be used at that location.

Why don't you sell a pass that can be used on any lot?

Each lot is owned by different owners and managed as a separate business. This makes it impossible to apportion payments to the lot where it is actually used.

Do you guarantee a space to a monthly parker?

All lots are monitored to insure that space is available at all time to monthly parkers while maintaining transient parking to its maximum potential. This service is made possible with our valet assist program.
