Building is located at York and Harbour in Toronto’s South Core Business District. There is one parking entrance off of Harbour St, just east of York St and a second entrance off of Lakeshore Blvd West, just before York St. (on Lakeshore Blvd, keep in the left/south lane!). Vehicle clearance is 6'8". Fourteen EV Charging stations are available on levels P1 to P4. One York offers direct PATH access to Scotiabank Arena, TTC, GO Transit, VIA Rail and the Union-Pearson Express.
Parking payment is to be made at the END of your visit. There are no Day passes available for daily parking - each customer, courier, shopper and or delivery person must pay the posted rates PER visit.
Monthly Parking is limited to tenants of One York St office tower at a rate of of $310 + HST. A few Non-Tenant Monthly spots are available at a rate of $350 + HST, please contact the parking office for further information. Monthly Parking is currently not available to residents of Harbour Plaza Condos. To register for monthly parking, email: oneyorkparking@reefparking.com
